Our View of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) | |||
This section of our web site includes tips on how to integrate Peachtree Accounting via DDE. Our experience is primarily limited to integrating
Peachtree with Excel. However, several visitors to our site, including David Nemec, Brian Matchey, David Oddy, John Kang, and Jon Goldberg
have graciously donated Access, Delphi, Visual Basic, FoxPro, and FileMaker Pro routines, respectively. (Thanks, guys!) If you have a

If you've found this page, you probably realize that DDE is a very powerful and effective way to leverage Peachtree Accounting.
Unfortunately, Peachtree Software has chosen to provide only limited support with regard to DDE. Don't bother calling their technical
support with a DDE question! We've heard from several sources (and experienced ourselves) that the tech support folks refuse (or maybe
simply can't answer) any questions regarding DDE. Keep in mind, though that we offer fee-based technical support. | ||
In any case, this section of the site contains what we have to offer regarding implementing DDE in Peachtree Accounting. Most
of the tips are Excel-specific. However, if you have any tips or code samples to provide, we'll gladly post it here. Apparently DDE support for
Peachtree Accounting is very scarce, even on the Internet, so we're hoping to become an even better source of answers related to DDE.
