If we do our job right, the solutions that we provide will soon make you self-sufficient with regard to the task at hand. You can rest assured, though, that we always remain available to help you in the future, if and when you need more assistance. Or, you might decide that you'd like our services on an ongoing basis. We're happy to arrange that, too.

Our point is that we'd rather grow our business through referrals from our satisfied clients, rather than try to sell additional services that you don't need or want. We'll certainly provide suggestions for additional improvements, but you won't have to fend us off with a stick! <grin>
